I don't have a dog in this fight. I like FSU. I also like UF, and most of the other Florida college teams. I think I can be impartial when I give my opinion about this. So, that said, Maybe the school and local authorities did a lousy job with the investigation. All we know is that it's one journalist's opinion, perhaps supported by those who may or may not have an agenda. For all I know, the writer could be completely right, in which case, this would be a travesty. 

 

However...... The investigation has run it's course, and Winston has been vetted in the eyes of the prosecutor responsible for the case. Can it be re-visited? Sure, but hopefully not in the media. If it is re-visited, hopefully it is done without daily press conferences, paparazzi style following, and the ensuing circus which is bound to follow.

 

For all those on BOTH sides, the best thing that could happen is to let the proper authorities do their jobs unmolested and get to as much of the truth as possible. In the meantime, as far as I am concerned, Winston has been investigated and cleared insomuch as there is not enough supporting evidence to charge him with anything. Until that changes, the guy should be left alone.
