First of all he doesnt have a weak arm, now he doesnt have a rifle but its not weak, second of all QBs with strong arms throw more INTs due to them forcing the ball in believing they cant fit the ball into any tight spot. Having a strong arm doesnt make you a great QB that has been proven many times over the years.

 

Teddy wont throw a of interceptions because he is a smart and accurate decision maker and throws the ball to the right spots
