I think Houston won't pass up on the "freak" athlete Clowney.

 

If so, I think the first QB off the board will be a reach by Oakland with Manziel.  Fits their draft history.

 

Then, I think Bortles goes to Minnesota, and Ted falls to the Browns at 26.  I think only the desperate of the desperate will go after QBs high in the first round.
