Raiders trading/releasing Pryor
|
Quote:Pryor is much faster. Just saying Thomas is a QB. Just saying. Not saying he's an accurate one, but he's a QB at least. As far as athleticism... All Pryor has on Thomas is straight line speed (4.4 vs 4.6.) Pryor is not nearly as good an athlete as some advertised. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/201...e-combine/ Thomas also threw 60mph at the combine. I'd rather give him a shot with a late round pick than someone who's already been given a shot and failed. Thomas comes from a program that doesn't prepare QBs for the NFL, so I fully expect him to be overdrafted on his ideal measureables alone. I wouldn't be surprised if a team who already has a QB picks him up 2-4 with the plan of developing him slow. Who knows what he could be come, since he hasn't been developed at all in college.
