I wasn't on these boards for the last draft, or the draft before that, ooooor the draft before that. And maybe it's like this every year around draft-time, but sheesh there is some real venom spitted amongst fans of the same team on here.

 

People don't just question Manziel's ability, they hate him, belittle him, mock him at every chance. People don't just worry about Bridgewater, they bury him with every bit of bad press they can find.

 

I'm just curious what happens the morning AFTER draft day? Are all sins forgiven, all pasts forgotten?

If we get Teddy, will everybody magically just jump on board? If we get Manziel will he automatically become the consensus favorite player on these boards? I'm just curious.

 

I've personally tried to find some middle ground while staying true to my opinions(not perfect of course but I've tried).

I've tried to stress that while I certainly hope the Jags get Johnny at #3, and while that would absolutely make my year. I still like Bridgewater, he's my second favorite player in the draft. I have said multiple times that Clowney is hands down the best NFL prospect. Heck I like almost every QB in this draft including McCarron, Boyd, Murray, etc(if they are taken in the right round).

 

i just wonder, and maybe this is a pipe-dream. But is there a way Jaguar fans can disagree and even argue their opposing views, without digging their own graves? Can we agree that getting Clowney, Bridgewater, or Manziel at #3(or add your own top-3 here), would likely be one of the best, maybe THE best draft in Jaguar history? 

 

So what happens AFTER draft day? Do those who were "wrong" go live under rocks, and those who were right claim victory(even tho they were just guessing too). Is there a better way?
