By it's very misguided definition, a "Franchise QB" is usually taken in the top 5.

So, what do we refer to those that are falling into Rd 2 and then the expense of jumping back to get a QB that has already fallen to late 20's.

Unless you have a grade on a QB that makes them that attractive to trade back to end of Rd 1, those picks are needed

elsewhere. I would be hard pressed to give up a 2 to get ahead of Cleveland.

To give up a future first, that is what you do to get the Guy, and this year it does not appear the Guy is out there.
