I don't see a QB in this draft I'd take at 3.  I also don't see one I'd be willing to trade up from 39 to get.  If I can work out a trade deal to move down in the first, I'd certainly consider doing so.

 

If one of the top prospects, like Bridgewater or Manziel, slide toward the bottom of the first (28-32), I MIGHT be willing to make a deal to jump up into the first round to grab one of them, but that's as high as I'd be willing to jump, and I don't anticipate either one will be there.  In that case, I'd probably offer up our 2nd and 3rd round picks to jump into the bottom of the 1st round.  None of those teams from 27-32 are going to be in the market for a QB, so if one of these guys falls to that level, I'd start making calls.
