Honestly, the next time I see Barr use proper leverage, proper hand usage, better than average bend/dip, or better than average conversion of speed to power will be perhaps the first time. Barr is a great athlete and yes he has more pure upside than the 3 I mentioned...but I in no way would say he is better than them right now and all 3 of them have nice upside too. I think it's quite a bit more risk for not much more reward.
