Gigabit internet coming to Jacksonville?

I actually have had AT&T for about 8 months now and there was only one brief period where I had a problem (it was down a few hours, I think i just needed to reboot the modem). I'm not sure I'm claiming they are better than Comcast, but they definitely haven't been worse. I remember I had to reboot my router/modem all the time when I had Comcast. And even though Comcast is technically faster, I haven't noticed any difference whatsoever. In fact, Comcast's speeds routinely would dip to super slow speeds only to go back to normal when I did a reboot.
