As for the centers, you probably have Swanson as starting material where I don't. And no, the center class is not weak compared to other center classes. It is weak when compared to the historically deep position groups that are in this draft like WR.

 

Jordan Matthews is the #66 draft prospect (according the cbssports.com for consistency). Yankey is #119! In a normal year no way Matthews is outside the top 50 and no way Yankey is outside the top 100. And they're not badly misranked either. There are just a LOT of good players.

 

I can't see drafting what will be a merely adequate starting center in rounds 2 or 3. And I can't see drafting what would only be a minor upgrade over Brewster in the 4th round. Too much value elsewhere.

I've also been going by cbssports.com as a loose guide when making my mocks, but they have Jordan Matthews a little too low I think.  He and Kelvin Benjamin were a lot higher a few weeks ago, and now both have dropped for some unknown reason.  The WR rankings are very subjective after the top 4.  Despite his slow 40-time, Jarvis Landry should go way before his #114 ranking for instance.  However, if Matthews makes it past Denver at #63, and guys like Cody Latimer, Donte Moncrief and Paul Richardson are taken before him for their "upside", then there is an outside chance he could actually be there at #70.  I won't be surprised if 10-12 WR's are off the board when the 2nd round is done.  Watkins, Evans, Beckham, Cooks Lee in the 1st, Benjamin(1-2), Robinson, Moncrief, Adams, Matthews, Landry, Latimer(possibly) in the 2nd.

 

I like some of your picks, but Caldwell won't take Teddy there.  Unless Bortles is there at #3, or we trade down out of the top 10, I doubt QB will be taken in the 1st.  Also, I'd take a CB/S or Center prospect in the 4th and wait for a RB like Storm Johnson in the 5th.  I doubt they take 3 WR's.
