I've liked the way they've approached free agency and the draft thus far.

 

I like they haven't seemed to be swayed by the masses and, for that matter, Shad Khan's whims (Tebow).

 

I have a good feeling going into this draft.  I think we can help ourselves a great deal.

 

As long as they got the scouting right, that's about 80-95% of the battle right there.

 

It's for all of the reasons above that I have a good feeling about this front office/regime.  It's clear they have a plan, and they're not going to deviate from it.  They're not going to shy away from big ticket players if they feel they're a good fit for this roster.  They're also not going to be pressured into going after players that aren't a good fit here for the sake of selling tickets.

 

This draft will be telling.

I might even include some trades. 

 

In other words, you're going to wait until it's almost too obvious who they're going after, then you'll make your picks, minus any critical evaluation because they're your picks.  So, basically, this will be your puffy little mock draft setting up a year of whining when they don't pick any of your guys.
