Exactly. WHen I campaigned for Teddy before, it appeared as it was going to take the 1st overall pick to get him. Now, for whatever reason, Teddy's value has slipped. So, why not try to trade down and get the player and take advantage of that. Its essentially getting Teddy "on sale".
