There are great CBs who don't register many INTs because QBs avoid throwing against them.

There are mediocre DBs who register a lot of INTs because QBs don't fear attacking them. There is a CB who played for the Rams out of Miami a few years back I would put in this category (Ryan McNeil, I want to say).

But give me a defender who can get me the football any day.

I agree....I'm not saying ALL starting 4 DB need to be ballhawks.

But IMO, you need at LEAST that ONE of the 4 that is the Earl Thomas/ Rashean/ Reed/ Polamalu type threat.

We currently have zero.
