For all we know he has Teddy as his top QB and doesnt feel Mack or Watkins will make the impact a new franchise QB will make. I've seen no "admissions" by anyone other then board members and the ESPN big wigs who are just dogs in traffic sniffing out any story they can for rating.

Not saying he does have TB at the top because i dont actually know and neither does anyone else for that matter.

Unlike some here, I recognize this is my opinion and not a statement of fact. When I say admission, I'm speaking for myself. Not the team.
