I think Jerry Jones' ego will rule the day here.  If he really wants Manziel that badly, swapping firsts this year, and trading us their 2nd in this draft, PLUS a first next year is acceptable compensation for a QB.
 

That would be a tough deal to turn down...though I don't think Dallas would ever offer that for Manziel.
