He really wasn't bad earlier in his career, and played quite well in the postseason.

 

Unfortunately he didn't develop (or wasn't) developed.  When the team collapsed around him he in turn imploded as well.  Who knows what could have been if he landed in a better situation.  Things don't look any better for Geno, who's now going to be behind Vick.
