I see now he was fined $30, given some community service time and will be suspended from the baseball team according to tomahawknation.com's article.

 

Sounds like a fair punishment to me.

It's basically a first time offender pretrial intervention kind of thing it sounds like.
What in the Wide Wide World of Sports is agoin' on here???
