I think it's funny how the texans keep waffling.  It's obvious that they'd like to trade the pick, but they've done a pretty poor job of marketing it by their unusual information "leaks."

 

They've floated that their interest is in either Bortles or Manziel, leaving the door open for teams that might want Bridgewater but that ship has long sailed.

 

Then they said they wouldn't take Clowney, then they will, now they might... trying to get someone to bite on moving up for him by suggesting their interest may not be as strong in him as it would be a possible trade offer.

 

And that's their trouble.  Clowney is the guy folks would trade for, but he's a player of the caliber they can't refuse taking.

 

As much trouble as we've had coming to our likely scenarios (Watkins, Mack, or trade back), I can't imagine what it's like being a texans fan with all this spin.
