I'd be surprised if the Bills traded up. They're short on picks, and their team isn't talented enough to be tossing those picks away.

 

The Jags have said that dropping out of the top ten would take a future first-round pick, so I couldn't imagine the price for a drop to ten being low. Certainly a second-round pick and at least one other selection, possibly a third this year or a second next year.

 

I'm not opposed to trading down, because this is a solid first round and we could land a guy like Anthony Barr or Justin Gilbert there, but just taking a second-round pick to do it wouldn't be worthwhile.
