No...but stranger things have happened.

 

Detroit has to meet two standards:

 

1.  They have to offer enough to make it worth our while to trade down to 10;

2.  They have to outbid Buffalo, who has superior draft position.

 

Detroit has two more picks in this draft than Buffalo.

 

I could see a 1, 2, and a 4, or an exchange of a 3 and a 5 to do it.
 

Worst to 1st.  Curse Reversed!
