I agree he's raw, that's the beauty about the LEO position, you don't need a seasoned pass rusher to thrive in that spot. Chris Clemons was a nobody before he came to Seattle; Bruce Irvin was thought to be a reach by many, until everyone saw how explosive he was off the edge. The LEO position will hide certain deficiencies in a pass rusher, as long as that pass rusher is explosive (Barr is) with hip bend (Barr definitely has that)
