It seems to me someone is nudging stuff out there into the media over the past couple of days with the intention of driving Mettenberger's draft stock down as much as possible.

 

First, it's the knee injury.  He has shown he's coming back well from that surgery.

 

Then it was revealed he had a diluted sample taken for his drug screen at the combine.

 

Now there's a report that several teams have medically red flagged Mettenberger because he has a back issue?  What's the revelation tomorrow?
