If he lives up to expectations, he increases visibility for the team.  That doesn't equate to anything when it comes to tarps or relocation.  Those two issues have been settled, and it didn't require some mythological hero to save the day.

 

If he lives up to expectations is a BIG if right now.  I'm not convinced he'll be able to sustain.  He could flash as a rookie, only to be reigned in once the league has enough film to figure out how to shut him down.  The Garrard Syndrome.
