Notes: Tampa jumps up to #3 to take Watkins, not Manziel (They take QB McCarron or Savage in Round 3). After the first two picks of Clowney and Robinson, Caldwell knows that with a trade down to #7 he can still get Watkins, Mack, Evans, Bortles or Manziel and get an extra pick in round 2. Johnny Football is the player who falls to us, and the cheer is heard all the way to London. Might be a bust, but it will be fun for a while, and "move the needle."
