Now just to address the post. I actually agree with the content. 

 

Its fair to question the worthiness of picking a player in the top 3, when he's clearly a project. Project in this sense meaning not ready to start likely for a year. 

 

 

I'm willing to give this pick a chance, but can't deny that I had a sinking feeling in my stomach when it was made. 

 

Caldwell is now on the clock after this pick - not meaning any imminent firing or anything, but once a GM picks a QB, his neck is pretty much on the line and his future is tied to that QB's success. 

 

Risky choice, but I guess that also means Caldwell's got some stones...as this could easily blow up.
