I like Gus and Caldwell (for now), but I have zero confidence in any first rounder we pick. This isn't a shot against the GM and Coach, but the organization itself. It will take years before I ever gain that confidence back. I hope Bortles does well and I will give him a couple years, but I will not be getting my hopes up.
Everytime I want to believe, I then remember the past 10 years drafting Byron Leftwich, Reggie Williams, Matt Jones, Reggie Nelson, Derrick Harvey, Alualu, Gabbert, and Blackmon and slink back into reality. |
