I wouldn't be surprised if Blackmon is back by week 4.

 

This would be the NFL giving the Jaguars a bit of room to possibly deal him elsewhere.

 

I can't wait to see the look on Goodell's face when Blackmon is off suspension and suiting up in teal and black the next week.
