Given that it's already legal in some places, the NFL should just remove it from their list.  Obviously, if you do it and get caught in a state where it's not legal, that brings you into trouble with the law (for now) and would still require NFL discipline.  But they should just preemptively remove it from their restricted substances list and be done with it from a testing perspective.

 

But that's just my opinion, and for now if you know it's on their list and will cost you millions, you're an idiot if you can't control yourself.
