Lets all be honest. We all love the draft and look forward to adding new talent. Gene Smith drafts were punches in the gut. I follow the draft closely and I had no idea who Larry Hart, Rod Isaac or Scotty McGee were. And all his classes ended up complete duds for this franchise. The team was raked over the coals each year. It was awful.
Now, Diamond Dave and the Gus Bus are working their magic. Players want to be here. We are getting near universal praise. The arrow is pointing straight up.
