Yeah, I would tend to agree regarding being one of the last years that the influx of other team's personnel. As our roster improves, the need for the change in culture and improvements lessens. 

 

At some point I also anticipate the FA's leaving our team will start to increase while the more expensive type of FA like Beadles will essentially disappear, with the exception of if a special opportunity presented itself. What will happen is the Jags will be set up on the  blueprint of drafting & developing, and will be accruing extra draft choices at that point via compensatory picks, helping further the process.
