You now freely admit that your sources come from yahoos that post on the internet message boards.  And we wonder why you post some of the stuff that you do here.

 

Was Houston open to trading the pick.. yes, but they were also happy and content with taking Clowney.  They fielded offers to move down (did their due diligence), but only at the "right price" would they move down.  They weren't forced to do anything and already made up their minds who they were willing to take. Hence why the asking price was so high.    TMD acts like a gun was forced against Houston's head and they were forced to draft Clowney.. he's a moron.  If Houston was so desperate to get out of that pick they simply could of lowered their asking price and got out of it.. they've been in talks with teams for weeks.  The fact that they kept the asking price so high just shows how much they valued the player they took over what other teams were willing to offer.
