To me, this is the most significant part of Caldwell's performance to date; he has a plan and you can watch him work it and see his vision come to physical reality. The specifics are there to see so I won't rehash them overmuch, but from the outside we can see what Caldwell wants his team to be and you get the feeling that it's not an archaic, this-is-the-way-we've-always-done-it-in-the-past approach.

 

I am very optimistic about this team's future.
