Are you new to the board? honest question, I've gone over several times what I wish we would've done, retain the little talent we did have while we focused on areas of extreme need.

 

As the opportunity came to upgrade positions with younger talent do it, but don't cut starters to just clean house, these total rebuilds almost never work.

 

It's why I liked the Monroe Trade until it came out what we got for him, moving Monroe is fine if you believe you have a younger Tackle that will replace him (we spent the 2nd overall pick on him) the problem was the compensation, if you're only getting 2 third day picks keep both of them and have solid book end tackles. Or use the 2nd overall pick for a position of need in the first place (that's what Caldwell said his philosophy was needs drafting)
