If a guy gets past the top 10 it means there's serious doubt about him ever being more than just adequate. Teams aren't normally looking for just adequate, they're looking for franchise. Guys get drafted later because teams feel the risk of them turning out to be just another guy or a bust is acceptable at the current price. The stronger the league perception of a prospect the higher he goes. |
