Not many plays work with all of that. But things like: 1st and 10 - loss of 1 yard 2nd and 11 - RUN PLAY are not things you want to see as a fan. Even if Blaine Gabbert is your Quarterback. All in all, it's something the Jags should try to find out. If he's part of the problem, then you want to replace him before you stick your new QB in a position that he has to change OC's his first and second year in the league. Not sure if he was really meant to be part of the long term plans in any case if he was only given a one year deal. It's also hard to bring in an OC when you have to sell them on BLAINE GABBERT.
I was wrong about Trent Baalke.
