He has twins, which they did in-vitro with the first time. They wanted to go a more "normal" pregnancy route. Which is very common in relationships that have fertility problems.

Once again, like I said I was talking about the team as a whole, not Mathis individually. Also, Mathis's doctor stated he only took the drug for 10 days (enough to get his wife pregnant), which if is the case, isn't going to have a major affect on his game.
