Players GMs and coaches say a lot of stuff pre-draft, it usually gets taken with a pinch of salt. No player is going to say anything other than what Sam said in that situation. Justin Blackmon was pretty emphatic that his DUI in college was a one time transgression, not much of the focus on his suspension has been on his broken promise.
