Bortles said his biggest problem is footwork. That tells me he needs a better offensive line than Gabbert had if he starts this year especially with the Texans picking Clowney. Only time will tell if having a new center and two new guards will help while Bortles fixes his bad habits (although I think Zane Beadles was a good pickup). One thing we do know is Bortles does not fear contact in the pocket.
