I have no problem with Sam wanting to be a gay rights activist and/or putting some money in his pocket with endorsements or TV shows. The problem I have is pretending you don't want anyone judging you because of your sexual orientation and then going out of your way to promote it. Spare me the b/s. Why shouldn't' he promote it exactly? How does it interfere with football in anyway? Why should he be judged by it because he chooses to promote it? Shouldn't everyone be judged by the content of their character (and in Football, their ability), not their race, gender, or sexual orientation?
