I think this story is more of a big deal than people want to believe. Many will say, "oh he's gay, what's the big deal move on." When this is a ground breaking event similar to breaking the color barrier and women racing in NASCAR. After the stories are written, the TV shows are done, the books are written, the interviews completed and many other athletes come out it won't be a story anymore but since he's the first it is and will be a big deal.
