On the opposite side of the spectrum, whenever Blaine made a mistake, it took the air out of the offense for the rest of the game. He clearly didn't have the mental fortitude to get over it. Based on everything the coaches have said, Bortle's personality is completely the opposite.

 

Manning is not an equal comparison. Manning was not a "raw" QB entering the NFL. Bortles is. 

 

How about the McNabb example...he was drafted 2 overall, but didn't start his first game until week 10 his rookie year.

Manning has said he thought he learned a lot by starting as a rookie and believe rookies should play early. I'm not sure why JW used Elway and Manning to make her point. They both developed just fine.

You apparently learned little from the Gabbert mistake. 

 

And before you start in with the Bortles isn't Gabbert stuff, save it, they are still similar in that both shouldn't have been rushed. Fortunately it seems like Caldwell and Bradley are smarter than the impatient fans here.
