Go to http://www.reddit.com/r/Jaguars and post about starting a Richmond, VA chapter.

 

Next go to Facebook and search "Jacksonville Jaguars fans who live in Richmond, Virginia" and start sending messages. (I stopped counting at 100 - so I assume there is a market). If you want help spreading the word, let me know.

 

I helped build the start of the new Rocky Mountain BCB this way.  Best of luck.
