We're talking about one employee denigrating the actions of another employee. You don't see that an employer has the right to take punitive action?

 

Despite people like TMD playing the victim, people don't have an unlimited right to free speech. You can say whatever you want, just be man enough to deal with the consequences. There is no constitutional right to play in the NFL. 

You can't have actual thoughts and feelings regarding actions of others? That's ludicrous. He said OMG, and Horrible. Not to mention the Horrible was in reply to a question posed by someone else.

 

Remember the CB from Seattle last year, Browner? The NFL slandered his name, and continued doing so. It went to court (may still be fighting it I am not sure). Did the NFL apologize or recant what they claimed? Nope, fight on in court baby. Now the shoe is on the other foot here and it is deemed wrong.
