Kids, weddings, sick family members, messy divorces, reality TV shows and addictions are all examples of the same thing. They are things in a person's life that take a person's time and energy. They all have the potential to distract a person from their job and they can all be managed by a person who has the frame of mind to manage them correctly.

 

LOL, and what makes you think the 90 or so guys that start on an NFL roster at the beginning of the year can handle any of that?

 

It seems like every third day there is an issue with an NFL player doing something dumb.

 

Now we're wrong because we think a show like Hard Knocks is a distraction to a football team.  Whats next?
