Who is arguing otherwise? I mean, really, is anyone saying he shouldn't receive some sort of sanctions?

 

I think the question is - what do you do? What is proper punishment for an owner under these circumstances. 

 

It's not like Goodell can go to page 114 of the Commissioner's Manual.

 

So, what do you do?
