The Jaguars are going to be looking to cash in on the renovations being done at the stadium, and the broader exposure they're working on with the expanded radio/television network (EverBank plays a prominent role in their advertising for both), as well as the expanded international profile with the games in London. 

 

I think $30 million is probably close.  We'll see.  When EverBank signed the original deal, I think everyone was just happy to have a named sponsor on the building.  The Jaguars have gone above and beyond in putting their brand just about everywhere you look.   As the team improves on the field, that brand is going to get a lot more camera time.  For a company like EverBank that is competing with the big boys for the same business in banking, having their name out there, and partnering with a guy like Shad Khan just makes too much sense.  I think if you read that article, they get it.
