Based on the current numbers, and also looking at a sluggish, but slowly improving economy, I think something that averages in the $6-8 million per year is probably about right.  I would think Khan would stick with a 5 year deal so they can continue to adjust as things improve.

 

Keep in mind that a lot of the revenue the team is receiving now is not being shared with the city.  I'd have to do some digging to see when they will begin splitting this revenue again because it wasn't a permanent arrangement that allowed the team to retain all of the revenues from advertising and naming rights.
