New stadium naming deal being discussed.

I remember talking to John Delaney back in about 2002-03 time and he told me the deal was for the company with naming rights had to cover the expense of annual asset maintenance for normal and predictable expenses which at that time was projected to be $3 million per year. So $6 million per year seems to be in the ballpark (pardon the pun).
