If you want to suggest that by week 10 Bortles has a chance to be "ready" to start? Then ok. Thats at least reasonable. 
 

There is a chance he is ready sooner... I don't act like I know the future like all of you.

 

If Bortles absolutely blows them away in TC, you better believe they will think twice about playing him.
