Riverside Avondale is...it's the historical area of town, most houses were built in the 20's. There are also new apartments that have been build around here too. It's the new "hip" area to live in. We are also home to the "entertainment district"... New places are opening up all the time...micro breweries and cool new restaurants. You don't want to live in the area around Shands!! :blink:
